What we collect
Only what you type into one of the forms: your name, phone number, email address, area or marina, details about the boat and your message. Nothing else.
What we do not do
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does not track you. Fonts are served from the site itself, so no request goes to a third party.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and organise the work. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
Where it is stored
Each enquiry is recorded in a Google spreadsheet and emailed to us. Google acts as a data processor on our behalf.
How long we keep it
If no work follows, we delete your details within twenty-four months at the latest. If work does follow, we keep them for as long as tax law requires.
Who we share it with
Nobody else. We do not sell personal data or pass it on for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to its use. Email us and we will reply within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
